What We Offer
Divini Incontri specializes in events, communication, and the promotion of the food and wine sector, showcasing products and territories through fairs, cultural performances, and public events. We design and organize cultural and gastronomic events for public institutions, local administrations, and companies in the agri-food sector, also providing commercial and promotional support. We present products and production methods in an authentic and engaging way, creating experiences that highlight the quality and identity of the territory. We also organize and collaborate on guided tastings and sommelier services, ideal for private, promotional, and institutional events.
Divini Incontri APS
A non-profit cultural association founded in January 2025 in San Gimignano by Massimo Campolongo and Sandra Agostini, with the goal of promoting and enhancing the territory through authentic experiences that weave together food and wine, craftsmanship, culture, and local traditions.
The association aims to be a point of reference for promoting the culture of taste, sustainability, and territorial identity, creating events, educational programs, tastings, workshops, and collaborations with farms, artisans, institutions, and associations.
Thanks to the professional experience of its founders in hospitality, food service, and communication, Divini Incontri combines technical expertise, passion, and in-depth knowledge of the Tuscan region — particularly the Val d’Elsa — to develop projects that highlight local excellence and strengthen the connection between people, places, and traditions.
Divini Incontri is culture you can taste, tradition renewed, and an encounter that inspires.

Massimo Campolongo
Sommelier Maitre D'
Technical Mind, Sensory Soul.
Maitre D’Hôtel and professional Sommelier, I have been working in the high-end hospitality sector and in the cultural and food and wine promotion of the territory for over thirty years. My career began in the field of design and planning: after earning a diploma as a surveyor, I worked for about fifteen years as an interior designer, building planner, and commercial consultant for furnishings in offices, shops, and community spaces. This experience allowed me to develop solid skills in personalized design and in managing complex projects for medium and large-scale environments.
This first phase of my professional journey strengthened my ability to listen to clients, pay attention to detail, and coordinate teams and projects — skills that proved essential in my later work in the world of hospitality and food service. As an entrepreneur, I created and managed two venues dedicated to dining and beverage service, including Avalon in San Gimignano, a landmark for wine lovers, craft beer enthusiasts, and fans of quality cuisine.
I have gained significant experience as a Sommelier and Restaurant Manager in gourmet restaurants and prestigious hospitality venues, including 5-star hotels and establishments featured in leading guides, such as the Michelin Guide.
Among my most recent and noteworthy experiences are my roles as Maitre D’Hôtel Sommelier at the Grand Hotel Continental in Siena, and as Head Sommelier at the restaurant “Particolare di Siena,” featured in the Michelin Guide. I have also collaborated with Relais & Châteaux properties and numerous renowned restaurants throughout Tuscany.
Over the years, I have deepened my knowledge of agri-food raw materials, tasting techniques, and food and wine communication. I am a certified Sommelier with FISAR and a Maitre D’ Sommelier affiliated with AMIRA. I have completed various specializations, including the Slow Food Master of Food, the Beersommelier course, and training at the Italian School of Pizza Makers (Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli).
In 2003, I founded “Divini Incontri,” a project dedicated to promoting wine, food, and local products through events, tastings, experiential activities, training, and collaborations with farms and local organizations. The project took its definitive shape in 2016 following my meeting with Sandra Agostini, and today it stands as a point of reference for the promotion of regional excellence. In January 2025, together with Sandra, we founded the association Divini Incontri APS to strengthen our mission of promoting and enhancing the value of the territory.
Through Divini Incontri, I share my experience to create authentic opportunities for discovery, dialogue, and a true culture of taste — with the aim of connecting people to the deeper value of our food, wine, and artisanal heritage.

Sandra Agostini
Sommelier & Stylist
The Taste of Style, The Art of Wine.
Born in San Gimignano, daughter of a shoe salesman and a home seamstress with a love for the countryside and wine. In 1969, they bought a small plot of land and planted their first vineyard with Sangiovese and other native grape varieties to produce red wine and Vernaccia di San Gimignano, along with other local white grapes for white wine. I've practically grown up surrounded by shoe samples, fabrics, and—above all—wine being made.
With my grandfather in the cellar, I followed every stage of the winemaking process. He often took me into the vineyard, and I would help him care for the vines. I’ve never been able to separate these passions — so much so that, as I grew up, I studied to become a fashion designer, but I never wanted to leave my land, its fruits, or my love for wine. That passion eventually led me to become a Sommelier.
I’ve always had a passion for cooking as well, passed down from my grandmother, whom I would follow as a child while she harvested vegetables from our family garden. My work as a fashion designer allowed me to meet people from different cultures, hear their stories, and experience their admiration for our country. Leaving Italy made me appreciate it even more — I realized that we truly lack nothing. The incredible variety and quality of products that each of our regions offers is unmatched. Our culture and our art are the roots of our taste and our way of life.
