Let’s wash our hands, tie on the apron, grab pans and pots, it’s time to get cooking together!

Massimo and Sandra will guide you step by step through this delicious culinary adventure, selecting only fresh, genuine, organic, and eco-sustainable ingredients from our local territory. You’ll get to choose your dishes from our curated proposals and mix and match recipes based on the culinary experience you wish to live.

Have fun, learn, and savor what you’ve created: at the end of the class, which lasts about two hours, we’ll sit down together to enjoy lunch or dinner in good company, relishing the delicious dishes you’ve just prepared.

Pici, Gnocchi

Traditional Tuscan pasta like Pici, thick and rustic, ideal for rich and hearty sauces. Soft, delicate Gnocchi, perfect with creamy sauces or simple toppings like cheese or tomato and mozzarella.

Stuffed Pasta

Ravioli (Ricotta and Spinach)

Handmade ravioli in various shapes, filled with a creamy ricotta and spinach blend, served with melted butter and sage or with more elaborate sauces that enhance the delicate flavor of the pasta.

Bruschette

Slices of crunchy Tuscan bread topped with fresh, genuine ingredients. From the classic tomato, extra virgin olive oil, and basil bruschetta to variations with mushrooms, truffle, or local cheeses. Perfect as a starter or paired with a glass of Tuscan wine.

Florentine-style T-bone steak

The Bistecca alla Fiorentina is a true symbol of Tuscan tradition — a premium cut of beef, grilled over an open flame to keep the inside tender and juicy. Served rare and simply seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and coarse salt to enhance the pure flavor of the meat.

Mixed Grill

A selection of mixed grilled meats, slowly cooked over open coals to enhance the flavors and keep the meat tender and juicy. Perfect for those who love authentic, rustic tastes, served with traditional sides like fagioli al fiasco or a fresh salad.

Dough slowly leavened and oven-baked to achieve a crispy crust and soft interior. Topped with fresh, genuine ingredients — from the classic Margherita (tomato, basil, and mozzarella) and Marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil) to more creative combinations with seasonal vegetables, artisanal cheeses, and local cured meats.
